York Region's annual representative Oct 17 event for the International Day of the Eradication of Poverty - is being held this year in Newmarket Ontario Canada at beautiful Fairy Lake Park from 1-5pm. This year's outdoor event will feature a mobile stage for those speaking out about poverty, including those mired in poverty, community leaders, politicians, live entertainment, free healthy hot & cold food / refreshments including fair trade coffee!
